Cholesterol Guidelines provides a free ASCVD (Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease) risk calculator based on the ACC/AHA 2013 Pooled Cohort Equations. The Service includes:

• 10-year cardiovascular risk calculation
• Risk trend tracking and history
• Health education content
• Premium features (PDF export, What-If simulator) for paid subscribers

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

💎 Premium Plans

• Pro ($2/month): Unlimited calculations, CSV export
• ProMAX ($5/month): All Pro features + PDF export, What-If simulator, 50 history records

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cholesterol Guidelines and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on the Service
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or service interruption
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
